The property consists of 2 fully equipped homes.
Between Feb and Nov only the downstairs home is rented as either a 6 or 8 sleeper. Downstairs features an open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge flowing seamlessly onto a private patio with a netted swimming pool, braai area and secure garden.
During December and January the home is rented as one whole unit including the top and bottom floors of the house.

Guest Access & Property Information
During the period Feb to Nov; Guests have exclusive use of the entire downstairs living area and swimming pool throughout their stay. The upstairs section is occupied by the friendly homeowner, who may or may not be present during your visit.
During Dec & Jan guests have exclusive use of the entire property.
The only shared area is the downstairs laundry, which is accessed independently by the owners for washing and ironing services. (shared only during Feb to Nov)

PLEASE NOTE: The activities listed under Amenities do not refer to on-site activities but rather activities available in Zinkwazi Beach and the surrounding area. Guests require their own transport and equipment for all activities mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
• Admin fee once off R400. Maid levy R300 per day, Mon to Saturday for downstairs only and R600 for entire property. The rate is double on Sundays & Public holidays, these days are optional.
• Once off departure clean: R400.
• Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

13 Jan to 31 Jan – R6500.00 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
