DESCRIPTION:
It is impossible to capture the essence of this house in a still shot, the views are just to FANTASTIC.
The house is built for outdoor/indoor living, the pool and Ocean below giving the effect of water flowing into water.
The house offers: great panoramic and shore break Ocean and lagoon views. Large sliding doors from the lounge to the bedrooms open up onto the pool and all have great ocean views. THIS, is the ideal home for a leisurely holiday.
The walk to the beach is easy and not far, or park in the main beach parking.
The Ark has Wi-Fi and DSTV, it is serviced, it has ceiling fans, (AC in main bedroom) braai facilities (charcoal & gas Weber), a small invertor for lights and plugs, gas hob, re-chargeable lights and UPS for Wi-Fi back up.
Security: The Ark is well secured with beams and armed response, gated and fenced.
Parking: There are 2 garages and parking for more cars with in the property.
Laundry facilities: Washing machine and Tumble dryer.
INSIDE & OUT:Pool with net. A large veranda with deck chairs and an alfresco dining room. Inside the house you find a large lounge, a smaller lounge & kitchen.
Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and oven, large side by side fridge and freezer, chest freezer, all cutlery and crockery, a well-equipped kitchen.
All linen & towels are provided, beach and bath.
Bedrooms:1st bedroom Queen, extra length en-suite. 2nd bedroom, Queen, extra length. 3rd bedroom, Queen, extra length. 4th bedroom, Queen extra length.
Bathrooms:Separete guest toilet. 1st bathroom with bath, basin, shower and toilet en-suite to main bedroom. 2nd: bath & basin. 3rd: shower, with seperate toilet.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. Pets allowed by prior arrangements. All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Daily staff levy R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R5000.00: 3 - 7 Nights min: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
PEAK SEASON:
1 to 11 Dec – R7000 per night, Min 5 nights
12 Dec 23 to 12 Jan – R8500 per night, season’s rules apply
13 to 31 Jan – R4000 per night, min 2 nights
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
