Happy Hideaway is a charming and private beach home, ideally located just a short walk from the main beach entrance and lagoon—no driving required. The property also offers slight views of the beach and lagoon, adding to its relaxed coastal appeal.
Designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, this home provides the perfect setting for a memorable and relaxing seaside getaway. Whether you’re unwinding on the deck or retreating to one of the spacious bedrooms, every corner of this home is made for comfort.
The property is fully private and features a sparkling blue swimming pool (with safety net), as well as a dedicated staff member to ensure the home is well maintained throughout your stay.
Perfectly suited for two families, extended families, or blended family groups, the home offers ample space for everyone to relax and connect.
At the front of the house, a large open deck provides the ideal setting for evening cocktails or dining under the stars, accompanied by the soothing sound of crashing waves.
At the back, you’ll find a spacious covered entertainment area—perfect for windy days or evening gatherings. This area includes comfortable lounge and dining spaces, along with braai facilities. A gas Weber is provided, as well as a charcoal Weber at the garden firepit.
The pool area is beautifully set with sun loungers, making it perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying lazy holiday afternoons.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests (maximum 9 adults and 6 children under 10). There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, all en-suite, with built-in cupboards, hangers, and provided linen, bath towels, and beach towels. Each bedroom opens onto a spacious veranda, which can be enclosed or opened using security shutters.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, en-suite with double showers (“his & hers”), basin, and toilet
Bedroom 2: Three single beds, en-suite with bath, shower, basin, and toilet
Downstairs:
Bedroom 3: King-size bed and two bunk beds, en-suite with shower, basin, and toilet
Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed and one bunk bed, en-suite with shower, basin, and toilet.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed. All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R7000.00: Min 4 – 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R8000 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R12 000 per night, season’s rules apply
13 to 31 Jan – R5500 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
