The home is fully equipped and includes fibre Wi-Fi, DSTV, and daily servicing.
A generator ensures power during short load shedding periods to lights and plug points.
Inside, the home features a casual lounge, TV lounge, bar area, dining room, kitchen, scullery, pantry, and laundry—offering ample space for both relaxation and socialising.
Kitchen:
Well-appointed with a large gas hob, electric oven, microwave, generous fridge and freezer space, dishwasher, air fryer, Nespresso machine, and all necessary crockery and cutlery.
Just off the kitchen is a spacious, sheltered braai area—ideal for al fresco dining—along with a large lawn where children can play.
The property offers ample secure parking within the gated premises and is fully secured with an alarm system, perimeter beams, and armed response.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, as the property is fully fenced and gated.
Accommodation:
This beautiful home offers 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, plus a guest toilet, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. It is ideal for large family gatherings or multiple families sharing a holiday.
All bedrooms include built-in cupboards, hangers, and ceiling fans. Linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
Upstairs: 4 en-suite bedrooms with 2 king-size beds and 2 queen-size beds. These rooms open onto a spacious veranda.
Downstairs: 4 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. Two bedrooms are en-suite, while the other two share a bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400. Daily staff levy: R300 up to 10 guests, there after an additional staff member at R350 per day. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In season Rates: R11000 per night for 10 guests, R600 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, Min 4 – 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R11000 per night for 10 guests, R600 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R22000 per night, season’s rules apply.
16 to 31 Jan – R9000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.

We had an amazing family weekend at 77 Nkwazi. A beautiful home, so well-appointed, and everyone had their own private space, which was appreciated.
From the 15 year old to the 82 year old had a blast.
Joseph was a gracious host, only too willing to please and accommodate us.
