The property accommodates up to 16 guests across 5 bedrooms and a dormitory, serviced by 5 beautifully appointed bathrooms.
All bedrooms feature air conditioning, with some also offering ceiling fans. Linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, and bedrooms include built-in cupboards, hangers, and multi-plug points for convenience.

Top Floor:
This level includes four bedrooms and three full bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: Extra-length king bed with full en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Double bed
Bedroom 3: Two three-quarter beds
Bedrooms 2 & 3: Share a full bathroom with a separate toilet
Bedroom 4: King bed with full en-suite bathroom
All bedrooms have ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans, and open onto a large veranda with stunning views.
Middle Floor:
The heart of the home, featuring a large covered veranda with generous living space, a sheltered outdoor dining area, pool room, spacious lounge with TV, formal dining room, kitchen, scullery, and laundry.
Kitchen: Equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, one standard fridge/freezer, and one large side-by-side fridge/freezer, along with all cutlery and crockery. A serving hatch with seating makes for a social cooking experience.
Scullery: Includes a dishwasher and microwave
Laundry: Two washing machines, tumble dryer, chest freezer, and ice maker
Lower Floor:
A self-contained flat, ideal for families with younger or teenage children. It includes a comfortable lounge with TV, dining area, kitchenette (with electric hob, oven, and fridge/freezer), and an outdoor veranda with seating.
Main Bedroom: Queen bed, air conditioning, walk-in closet, and full en-suite bathroom with a separate toilet
Dormitory: Three large bunk beds, seating area, table tennis table, and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet
Important Note:
Young children must be supervised at all times due to the open layout and water features.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R300 up to 10 guests, there after an additional staff member at R350 per day, Mon – Sat. Sundays & Public holidays are optional at double rate. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R5000, refundable if there are no breakages.

Out of Season: R11 000 for up to 10 guests, there after R500 per head per night. Min 2 nights. All dates not stipulated as In/Peak season below.
Mid-season Rates: R13 000 per night for 10 guests, R550 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, Min 2 – 5 nights: Mid-season dates: 20 to 22 Mar 26; 21 April to 3 May 26; 21 to 25 May 26; 12 to 16 June 26; 26 June to 21 July 26; 7 Aug to 9 Sept 26; 18 Sept to 13 Oct 26; 22 Oct to 2 Nov 26.
In season: R17 000 for up to 10 guests, there after R600 per head per night, Min 4 – 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 10 Dec – R17 000 for up to 10 guests, there after R600 per head per night, min 5 nights,
11 Dec to 10 Jan – R23 500 per night, seasons rules apply,
11 to 31 Jan – R13 000 per night for 10 guests, R550 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, Min 2 – 5 nights:.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
