Situated just one road back from the beach, access is easy—either by parking at the beachfront or taking a nearby set of stairs for a short walk down.
The front veranda features a spacious covered area and a generous table for al fresco dining, all while soaking in the breathtaking ocean views.
The fenced and gated pool area ensures safety, while ample poolside and garden furniture invites you to relax in the African sun. Alternatively, unwind on the tranquil garden deck beneath a large tree—perfect for reading or enjoying sundowners.
Downstairs, a spacious entertainment area awaits, complete with a sheltered, undercover braai area—ideal for all-weather cooking—while the kids enjoy the pool and others relax with a game of pool or a movie.
DSTV is available with an active card and decoder.
The home is serviced.
Security is a priority, with perimeter beams supported by a local armed response company.
The house accommodates up to 12 guests (maximum 10 adults) across five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Two pull-out beds are available for children under 10.
A separate, fully equipped flat is available for an additional R1000 per night, accommodating two extra guests. The flat includes its own lounge, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom, and is rented independently if not included in your booking. Guests in the flat do not have access to the main house, pool, or garden.
Upstairs:
The upper level features a large veranda which is covered, along with an open-plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, and scullery.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, prep bowl, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and two bar fridges.
Laundry: A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided.
The main bedroom is located upstairs and includes a double bed, full en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private veranda—perfect for morning coffee or quiet reading.
Downstairs:
The lower level offers a spacious open-plan TV lounge, pool room, covered braai area, and veranda leading to the pool. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are located here:
Bedroom 2: Double bed, two pull-out beds (for children under 10), en-suite with shower, toilet, and basin; opens onto the pool and lawn
Bedroom 3: Double bed, en-suite with shower, toilet, and basin

All bedrooms include built-in cupboards, ceiling fans, and some have mosquito nets. Linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided throughout.
Flat (Optional):
This cozy, self-contained flat offers its own veranda with slight sea views, an open-plan lounge and dining area, and a kitchenette. It includes a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. Please note, there is no TV in the flat.
Parking:
While there are no garages, the property provides two undercover parking bays as well as additional off-road parking within the premises.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.

Maid fee: R350 per day up to 8 guests, there after additional maid @ R350.
Staff work: Mon to Sat, Public holidays and Sundays are optional and charged at double rate. No staff work on 25th Dec & 1st Jan.
Departure clean house: R1620.00
Flat departure clean: R750.00
Breakage deposits: 10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages or repairs required.
Out of season: R4200.00: Min 2 nights. (Dates not listed as Mid/In/Peak season)
Mid-season: R5200.00: Min 2 - 5 nights: Mid-season dates: 20 to 22 Mar 26; 21 April to 3 May 26; 21 to 25 May 26; 12 to 16 June 26; 26 June to 21 July 26; 7 Aug to 9 Sept 26; 18 Sept to 13 Oct 26; 22 Oct to 2 Nov 26.

Peak Season:
1 to 12 Dec – R7000 per night, min 5 nights – excluding flat,
13 Dec to 15 Jan – R10000 per night, season’s rules apply – excluding flat.
16 to 31 Jan – R4200 per night, min 2 nights – excluding flat.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1. Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
