The stunning pool area overlooks the ocean and is fitted with a safety net. A spacious deck invites sun lovers to relax, while evenings can be enjoyed around your choice of braai facilities or the fire pit with seating. The large L-shaped covered veranda is perfect for al fresco dining or unwinding in the shade, and a generous lawn provides plenty of space for children to play. The home also offers wheelchair-friendly access to the lower level, including an en-suite bedroom with a suitable bathroom.
Beach access is easy via stairs between Nkwazi and Glen Drive, leading directly to the main beach entrance. Alternatively, take a scenic stroll down Nkwazi Drive, or drive and park at the main beach for early morning outings.
Additional features include a solar inverter for backup power and water tanks for added convenience.
Security is comprehensive, with electric fencing, automated gates, an alarm system, beams, and armed response.
Daily servicing is provided by on-site staff. The property offers two lock-up garages, as well as ample additional parking within the gates.
Downstairs:
The lower level includes a lounge, dining room, pool room, kitchen, scullery, bar, and guest toilet. A spacious covered veranda with outdoor furniture leads to the netted pool and large deck. There is one wheelchair-friendly en-suite bedroom with a double bed.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an eye-level oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and complete crockery and cutlery.
A separate scullery and laundry area are also available.
Braai facilities include both gas and charcoal options.
Upstairs:
Ideal for family holidays only, the home accommodates up to 13 guests. All bedrooms feature built-in cupboards, ceiling fans, and supplied linen, bath towels, and beach towels.
There are five bedrooms upstairs (plus one downstairs). Two upstairs bedrooms are en-suite, while the remaining share a family bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Double bed
Bedroom 3: Two three-quarter beds
Bedroom 4: Two three-quarter beds, small private balcony
Bedroom 5: Double bed and single bed, private balcony, en-suite with shower, toilet, and basin
A small dog lives on the property and is cared for by the housekeeper. The dog can be accommodated elsewhere if preferred, or guests may request to bring pets, subject to prior arrangement and owner approval. No last minute arrangements accommodated.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.

Once off admin fee: R400
Maid fee: R600 per day (2 staff)
Breakage deposits: 10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages or repairs required.

In Season: R7000.00: Min 3 - 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 Dec to 15 Jan – R10000 per night, season’ rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R5000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1. Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
