This charming family holiday home offers stunning views of both the sea and lagoon. A furnished deck, set on the edge of the property, provides the perfect spot to take in the scenery.
The home is fully equipped and well suited for relaxed family getaways.
The property features a large, mostly level garden, ideal for children to play; as well as a spacious veranda overlooking the swimming pool.
With its flat layout, the home is particularly convenient for guests with limited mobility.
Additional features include a charcoal braai area with seating just off the kitchen, uncapped Wi-Fi, and streaming DSTV, from your own account. The swimming pool (no safety net) and two full-time staff members add to the comfort of your stay.
An inverter system ensures uninterrupted power for essentials, including lights, TV, Wi-Fi, fridges, and fans.
The property is fully fenced and gated, with security beams, an alarm system, and armed response for peace of mind.

Inside, the home offers a spacious open-plan design, including a main lounge, TV lounge, bar area, dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen, scullery, and guest toilet.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with two fridge/freezers, a chest freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, and eye-level electric oven.
Laundry:
Includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Accommodation (Sleeps 12):
The house features three en-suite bedrooms, along with a separate dormitory-style room accessed from outside at the side of the house; ideal for teenagers.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, en-suite with shower, toilet, and basin
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, en-suite with shower, toilet, and basin
Bedroom 3: Double bed, en-suite with shower, toilet, and basin
Bedrooms 1 and 2 open onto a covered veranda with sea views and are fitted with ceiling fans.
Dormitories: Includes three bunk beds and a private bathroom with a double shower, toilet, and basin. This room is air-conditioned and best suited for teenagers.
All linen, as well as bath and beach towels, are provided.
Please note: The upstairs section of the home is reserved for the owner’s private use. While there are no garages available, there is ample secure parking within the fenced and gated property.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Staff levy: 2 Staff @ R300 each per night. Breakage deposit: 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R7000 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R9500 per night, season’s rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R7000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
