Modern and upmarket with space for the extended family.
The beautiful rim-flow pool overlooks the majestic Indian Ocean and is netted.
Overlooking the pool is a large veranda with comfortable furnishing. The house is set up for in-door-out-door living and most rooms in the house overlook the beach and ocean.
The house is well equipped and offers Wi-Fi (fiber) & DSTV and is serviced. It offers a generator which supports lights & plugs incase of power outage.
The house has a casual lounge, TV lounge, bar, dining room, kitchen, scullery, pantry & laundry.
Kitchen: Large gas hop and electric oven, microwave, plenty fridge & freezer space, dishwasher, airfryer, Nespresso machine and all crockery and cutlery is supplied.
Off the kitchen there is a shielded, spacious braai area for alfresco meals and a large lawn for kiddies to kick a ball.
There is enough secure parking inside the gate.
It is well secured with an alarm system, beams and armed response.
Pets are allowed (by PRIOR arrangement) as the property is fully fenced and gated.
NKWAZI COTTAGE, is a beautiful holiday home. It sports 8 bedrooms serviced by 7 bathrooms and a guest loo. The house sleeps 16 guests comfortably in large spacious bedrooms and it is ideal for a large family group or several families holidaying together.
All bedrooms have large built-in cupboards, hangers and ceiling fans. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms all en-suite with 2 King and 2 Queen Beds. These bedrooms open onto a spacious veranda. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. 2 Bedrooms are en-suite and 2 share a bathroom.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400. Daily staff levy: R300 up to 10 guests, there after an additional staff member at R350 per day. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.
RATES: (Feb 25 to Jan 26).
Out of season: R8500 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, Min 2 nights: (All dates not listed as Mid/In/Peak season).
Mid-season: R9500 per night for 10 guests, R550 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In season: R10 500 per night for 10 guests, R600 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, Min 4 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
PEAK SEASON:
1 to 11 Dec – R15000 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R22 000 per night, season’s rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R8500 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
