Ideally located just a short stroll from the main beach and lagoon, there’s no need to drive—making it especially convenient for families who like to take all their beach essentials along.
The home features a sparkling blue swimming pool (with net) and an expansive lawn, ideal for children to play or for family games like cricket and volleyball. Pets are welcome.
A long-standing, dedicated staff member ensures that the house and garden are well maintained throughout your stay.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests (maximum 10 adults and 3 children under 12), this home is perfectly suited for two families, extended families, or blended family groups.
The front of the house boasts large stacker doors that open up the entire living area onto the pool and garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
The generous living space includes multiple areas for relaxation—whether you’re unwinding, socializing while meals are prepared, or keeping an eye on the kids in the pool.
A large dining table allows for alfresco dining, with the option to enclose the space during inclement weather.
A guest toilet is also available.
Additional features include built-in braai facilities (currently out of order), a bar fridge, ice machine, and a Weber braai for outdoor cooking.
Wi-Fi and a smart TV are provided, allowing guests to stream DSTV or other platforms using their own accounts.
The fully equipped kitchen and scullery include a microwave, gas hob, electric oven, large side-by-side fridge/freezer, chest freezer, air fryer, small Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and all necessary crockery and cutlery.
Security features include perimeter fencing, an electric gate, alarm system, beams, and armed response.
Parking: Secure on-site parking for 4–5 vehicles.
Laundry: Washing machine and tumble dryer available.

The home offers 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ample storage, hangers, and provided linen, bath towels, and beach towels.
Security shutters are fitted, allowing you to sleep comfortably with windows open.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages found.

Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R5000 per night, min 3 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R10 000 per night, season’s rules apply
13 to 31 Jan – R5000 per night, min 3 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
