DESCRIPTION:
This beautifully furnished beach house offers panoramic ocean views and is just a short, easy walk to the main beach, with convenient access via a nearby pathway.
A spacious, partially covered veranda, complete with outdoor furniture, overlooks both the ocean and a fenced swimming pool, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and entertaining.
Guests can enjoy both gas and charcoal braai facilities, along with DSTV, Wi-Fi, and daily servicing.
The upper level is fitted with ducted air conditioning, while the lounge features a standalone unit for added comfort.
The property is fully secured with perimeter beams, an alarm system, armed response, and is both gated and walled.
Ample secure parking is available behind the house, with easy access to the kitchen for unloading. (Please note: no garages are available.)
The home accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children under the age of 10.
All linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Interior Layout:
Ground Floor:
The lower level features a tastefully furnished lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, and one en-suite bedroom with a double bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and basin.
The living area opens onto the large veranda, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cutlery and crockery, and includes a microwave, gas hob and oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.
Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upper Floor:
Main Bedroom: Queen bed with a full en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, basins, and toilet)
Second Bedroom: Two three-quarter beds
Third Bedroom: Two three-quarter beds
Fourth Bedroom: Two bunk beds (suitable for children under 10 only)
A shared family bathroom includes a bath, shower, and basin, with a separate toilet. The main and second bedrooms open onto a charming balcony with outdoor seating; perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the ocean views.
Pets are permitted by prior arrangement and at the owner’s discretion.
Please note: There is no access to the foosball table, table tennis, or pool table.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R300 each, 2 staff on site. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R6500.00: Min 3 – 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R6500 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R10 000 per night, seasons rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R4500 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
