For water enthusiasts, the lagoon offers the opportunity to moor your boat directly in front of the house when water levels allow, or enjoy a peaceful early morning paddle upstream. Jet skiing and water skiing are permitted, subject to standard regulations and prior permission from the local ski-boat club.
Thoughtfully furnished with comfort and ease in mind, the home creates a relaxed, hassle-free holiday atmosphere.
The front deck features a sparkling swimming pool (not netted), along with both a Weber and stainless steel charcoal braai—perfect for daily outdoor cooking and entertaining.
Designed to accommodate large groups, the home sleeps up to 24 guests: 8 adults across 4 en-suite bedrooms, and 16 children (under 12) in two spacious dormitories. This makes it ideal for extended families or multiple families holidaying together.
A generous front veranda, complete with ample seating and a dining table, is perfect for al fresco meals.
Large stacking doors allow the living space to open completely to the outdoors, while remote-controlled security shutters and screens provide shelter and privacy when needed.
The open-plan living area is spacious and airy, comprising a main lounge, TV lounge, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Accommodation:
All bedrooms and dormitories are en-suite and fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

Important Note:
Children who are unable to swim must be supervised at all times due to the proximity to water and the unfenced pool.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400. Daily staff levy: 2 staff @ R300 each per night. Breakage deposits: 10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages or repairs required.

Additional annex: to the house which sleeps 4, can be rented at R10 000 per night additional to the house rental, not rented on its own.

3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
