DESCRIPTION:
“The Griffins” is ideally situated for early mornings spent launching your boat for a day of fishing or enjoying a peaceful sunrise stroll along the beach. Located directly opposite the main beach entrance, the sand and sea are just a short walk away. After your outing, relax by the sparkling blue pool (with cover), whether you’re soaking up the sun on a lounger with a refreshing cocktail or unwinding in the shaded outdoor area with a good book.
The home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It includes Wi-Fi and a smart TV for DSTV streaming. An outdoor staff member is available, and an indoor maid can be arranged on request.
Security is a top priority, with an alarm system, outdoor beams linked to armed response, and a fully walled and gated property fitted with security gates and window guards.
Parking includes two lock-up garages and secure off-road space for three additional vehicles.
Guests can enjoy both a built-in charcoal braai and gas braai options.
Additional conveniences include a generator (with one tank of petrol provided), rechargeable lights, a Nespresso machine, and a 20,000-litre backup water supply.
Inside, the home features a spacious open-plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, and scullery, perfect for accommodating larger groups.
At the front of the house, a covered outdoor area provides the ideal setting for al fresco dining while enjoying the view.
The kitchen is well-appointed with a microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, bar fridge, and a full set of crockery and cutlery. There are three fridges in total (two large and one bar fridge).
Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer.
All linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
The main bedroom is air-conditioned, while the remaining rooms are fitted with ceiling fans. Each bedroom offers ample built-in cupboard space with hangers supplied.
The property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests (maximum of 10 adults and 2 children under 10). It consists of a main house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a separate flat with its own en-suite:

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R600 (2 staff members). Departure cleaning fee: R1400 Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
